All returned merchandise must be in its original state, this implies that the product, in any situation, should not have been installed.
We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
The customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping charges.
A copy of the original bill of purchase must be included with the return/exchange.
For returns the credit or refund will be issued according to the original payment method.
A refund will only be issued once the product has been received and inspected by Mondial.
At Mondial our staff takes every effort possible to have all items in stock. Unfortunately, due to high demand for certain products, it is possible that items fall out of stock, in that case someone from our team will notify you.
You must call the store to find out if we can make an exception to cancel the order.
All items are shipped directly from our store in Montreal. Shipping time can vary on the shipping method selected as well as the status of the item.
