At Mondial, we believe that in order to truly make a final decision on a product you need to see it in person. This is why we offer easy and hassle-free returns on all of our online products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase feel free to give us a call in order to organize a return.

– All returned merchandise must be in its original state, this implies that the product, in any situation, should not have been installed.
– Products may be opened, but must be returned in it’s original packaging.
– We do not accept returns or exchanges on goods purchased on special order.
– Returns on consumable items such as adhesives and cement are not accepted.
– The customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping charges.
– A copy of the original bill of purchase must be included with the return/exchange.
– We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
– For returns the credit or refund will be issued according to the original payment method.
– A refund will only be issued once the product has been received and inspected by Mondial.
